Munchies!

If you get the evening munchies, here are some healthy - or healthier - options!

-Popcorn (air popper or smart popper NOT microwave) - no butter
-Diet Rootbeer Float (50 calories) half a can diet rootbeer, 1/4 cup light icecream
-Jello sugar free cup w/ cool whip (35 calories)
-1 piece of dark chocolate - full of antioxidants!
-Quaker Quakes Caramel Corn Rice Snacks - 10 = 100 calories
-Frozen yogurt
-banana or strawberries - cut up into pieces and dip in your dark chocolate melted!
-pudding pops - low fat jello pudding frozen in popsicle molds
-homemade smoothie (1/2 banana, couple strawberries, 1/3 cup of yogurt, milk - blend!)
